Recently My account was suspended, I like many of you went into a Panic.
Not knowing what to do I jumped on the forums trying to find any information to
help me get my account out of suspension.

Most bans are based on a payment issue, if you are using paypal, they have a
securit ussue that holds funds based on account activity. So if you are only spending
about 50 bucks a month and then you spend 200, well paypal automatically places
a hold on that transaction.

First thing you do is log onto paypal, you might have to go through some security
questions, but once you are into your account, look at the bottom of the screen and
you might see your transaction in dispute. So all you need to do is go to the 'contact us'
section. Call the number listed and talk to them. Takes about 5 mins and then they will
send an email to PWI and release the funds.

Second thing you need to do is log onto the email account that is connected to your PWI
account. You will see an email from PWI, now that email has an error on it, you need to contact customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

Send an email to that address with title, Un-ban my account
type up a note that states the account has been balanced.
add in your username
and say thankyou.

You will get an imediate responce, and it takes from 2 mins to 45 mins to get your account
back from suspension.

Now if you have been a bad boy or girl on the game.....well I suggest writing a seriuos suckup letter to get it back.
Hope this will help people out there.

    .

    Are you sure?

I spent roughly 75% of what full R9 costs in Aug (in a two week timeframe) and nothing was put on hold. Same for July - but I did use another site to buy the Ultimate Game Card and the only issue I had was that every 10% had a 30 minute delay and tended to stall when trying to move from the Game Card to the wallet.

My normal is about 1/3 that +, sometimes more but PayPal has never put anything on hold for me - ever. Unless it is that 30 minute delay? (Which to me seems more like a hangup in the system).

Well this was just my experince with paypal, did't have a problem with them in 3 years then all of a sudden they are placing my account as "watched" account. i think if you are someone like me and dont change or update your information in a couple years that this will happen as well to you.

thats the only thing that i can think of as to why paypal did what they did to me. so yeah i think if you just update your stuff every few months on paypal you'll be fine.....but then again im lazy, so i'll probly get hit with this thing yet again in a year or so...lol
