Cant Charge Zen

Am I the Only one having a problem Charging Zen. Because Each Time i try to Charge It takes me to the Screen But it remains white.

this is stupid i managed to find away around the charge zhen thing but ..... now i cant transfer it stupid thing FIX this dam problem kinda pisses ppl off when u load like 200$ on and cant even use the bloody thing0
