My English is very bad, so I use google translator, I hope you understand.
I sent a message to pwesupport@perfectworldinc.com with the game no problems, I would like to offer them something that they gave me a link

Log in, and you will be automatically taken to the Ticket page.
but as soon as I get it now says it
Error: You are not authorized to view this Ticket (# 15049-276269).

What do I do send them another 2 reports that I can not see the link, and they answered me 2 more of these, which I can not go.

    You typically get that message when trying to view it from an account that did not open it. If you are getting that message on the same account you opened the ticket with, send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com explaining your situation.

    I wrote them that I can not open when running an error, but they sent me another one at the same address formu.I write on the customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

    oh, Opera and IE are not browsers I would recommend using. IE for obvious reasons, it's got more bugs than some movies I've seen. Opera because it's just an extension of Firefox, and firefox has not been good at keeping up with compatibility for the last year or so.

    Try using Chrome. It's fast, it's clean, and it's more compatible than just about anything out there. More sites now are even writing specific for chrome and only using compatibility tags for IE.

    i have exact same problem, they sent ticket asked me to login when i cant login since my other account is banned, and after few tickets sent, they will keep sending the same thing, which i think nobody works there(auto reply) or maybe they hire non english speaker that doesnt understand what is the actual problem. my temporary banned cannot be unbanned coz i cannot login to provide reason why its banned in first place.

    the only thing solved my problem is to make new account and forget old one, worked for me and bye bye old account with months of effort.

    tbh, i dont expect this kind of service from a listed company in NASDAQ.
