How long is the wait for the 1st Crazy Stone quest to the 2nd?

What I mean is after you turn in the gems to Hou, how long is the wait until I can do the 2nd daily one?

    You do one a day. That is why it is called a "daily" quest. Server reset time is 12am PST.
