Armor graphics revamp for class specific

If You Look At A Wizard Or Something Wearing Their Rank 8 Armor, It Looks Like The Tt90 Arcane Set. If You See A Psy Wearing Their Rank 8 Set, It Looks Like An Epic Fishy Outfit, And The Same With The Earthguards. To Me It's Kinda Not Fair.
All The Armors Would Be The Same As Far As Stats Go, But Change The Look Of It Depending On What Class Is Wearing It. That Couldn't Be Too Hard Right?

All armor would be quite a lot of work I gues.
However I do think at the very least the rank armor should be upgraded. It's annoying that it looks like other sets. Also to check what armor someone wears you have to check out the actualy armor, because you can't see by looks if it's TT, rank or even npc gear in some cases.

Totally agree with the suggestion of a revamp on the older classes gear. I think it's obvious that the rank gear if anything, really needs a change or upgrade for the old classes in this game.

It shouldn't be too much to ask for in an upcoming expansion to simply modify the few gear steps there are in the rank groups and give us something less repetitive and dull looking. We pay or work our butts to get these rank pieces, and don't even get the joy of having a slightly different looking gear set. We simply look like we did wearing our TT90's, besides the weapons, who are dull aswell compared to the new classes shiny and colorfull specs with even moving textures on them.

The fact is that when I place my r8 cleric beside an e.g r8 mystic, I feel like my cleric looks like she's taken from the year 1611 and the mystic is from 3011. There's literally a huge gap graphic wise between the races and it's rather sadening. While the EGs and Tideborns can get a full set of r8 (shoes/sleeves) we have no such option. While they have colorfull and detailed outfits that looks personalized to their class and tells you what their origins are, we all wear something that makes us look like we're going to war on a field in 5 minutes, which could be okay, but it doesn't tell anyone what class or race we belong to, neither what our different toons stand for in the game. There's nothing graceful about being a winged elf, and nothing special about being a human, neither is there anything making u realize the untameds are actually "animal" related. We all look the same, flat and dull.

Heck even our meditation state lacks originality, we all sit in a damn bubble while the new races get shiny transformations. This if something should ring the bell of a graphic upgrade!!

We who roll old classes simply have to use fashion to get some color into our world, cause even the whole character modifications on for example the elves are poor in color. Chose a what's supposed to be pure red in the color chart for your hair and end up with something that looks like u dyed your toons hair and then washed it 50 times so that the color faded away. For the untamed I simply feel really bad. Their modification spectra is so small they all run around looking the same, even the mount tigers/foxes have more details than their tiger form and fox forms who simply look..flat and too unrefined.

I really hope the devs and mods of this game look into what the players are begging for, and that they stop making the old classes have even more reasons to become extinct. b:sad

And for those who havn't seen the difference or thought of it since most people use fashion nowadays. This is the difference on a Seekers heavy armour, and an old classes heavy armour.
