I haven't been able to find them so could I please be given all the various emails I would need to contact PWE for any reason? I actually have someone to report

Harassment is something that can be dealt with by a report yes?

    For Reporting someone use the Ingame Option, its most fast.


    For outside game-Reporting use

    http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    for direct e-mail with billing problems you can use
    billing@perfectworldinc.com direclty.

    but http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing is most easy to handle :)

    Dang it, beaten. I was about to post those same links.

    Had the page link in my clipboard and pressed back and reloaded and saw this.

    EDIT: Although the Billing email might not be used anymore, since the Tickets let you choose that your problem is related to ZEN.

    Ticketing System lets you to choose your Subject etc.
    But in the end its an Automated E-mail service that sends Emails to specified E-mails. just like billing@perfectworldinc.com :)
