HELP: Supply Stash Weapon

I oppened today my supply stash lvl 50(after spending 5 euros for the hammer) and was sad to discover that the sword i wanted so much has a duration of 13 days! I don't know why this is so. It used to be permanent less than one year ago and i have characters that have permanent supply stash weapons.
So i wanted to ask if and where can i find the same sword (★★★General Summer's Magicsword) , the same type of magicsword for my level and not 80 i like it very much and want to get it 4 ever.

    sadly, a the time of the Genesis Expansion, all account stash non-consumeable or whatever the term is, were given a timer ( with the exception of the tome given by the lv80 stash ofc). those who managed to open the supply stash before the genesis expansion still have the old non perisible weps (unless they NPCed it xD) but anyone who opened after will be stuck wasting 5 gold for a 2 week timed wep.

    If you have a character that has this sword, as far as I know you can put it into an account stash.

    I also find that asking 5 gold for a time-limited weapon is a rip-off.

    You can in fact use a account stash and transfer them over that way. My mystic is using my OLLLLLDDDDDDDDD general summer's magic sword because i'm a hoarder who never npcs anything. b:chuckle

    I am sorry to say, that it is plain impossible to get such a weapon in a permanent state.

    People did complain about the timed weapons... Nothing changed. Higher ones even tried to justify the change by saying the gear is quite exceptional in terms of stats (the original ones were not that mindblowing) and iron hammer sales...oh and add that extremely stupid horn you get later on from those stashes.
    A huge rip off indeed.

    You are better off just by buying a good legendary weapon for your level, it will be much cheaper (if not even better) and you can resell it after when you don`t need it!
