Trouble Installing

I downloaded the perfect world downloader but when I try to bring it up an error message will pop up and say "No Internet connectivity detected, please try again later" none of my firewalls should be blocking it I believe and im fully connected to the internet. Anyone know the problem here? Im running windows 7 by the way.

    Im currently having the same issue and Im certainly connected to the internet. Is there another post (I couldnt find one with the search) that exaplins what we can do to fix this problem? Thanks for any help.

    same wtf is this shiit, i went through hell getting these service packs together , just so i can download perfect world and it wouldnt let me. thats some old bul****, wtf

    I got it to work. I guess I just tried it at a bad time last night, because I did nothing but try to install it again.
