Transaction Failed

Um, Hello. ^^; I was trying to charge Zen using my Visa Debit Card but when verifying, it said transaction failed or was unsuccessful. I put in all of the correct information, and I have sufficient funds in my account. I don't feel like waiting for the funds to be approved by Paypal or moneybookers. Could someone tell me what the problem is, if it isn't much trouble to ask? <: ) I just need to charge it directly to my debit card, is all. :p If a screenshot is needed, I can provide one.

    I just had the same exact issue. When I go to confirm it says that instrument information was incorrect, but it was exactly what it says on my card. b:angry Someone want to fix this please?

    I'm actually kinda glad to see I'm not the only one with that problem. I can use my Visa card anywhere else and it goes through just fine. And I've even used the card to charge Zen before without a hitch. But now, suddenly, its telling me that it simply will not go through. Any word from anyone on this? Thanks in advance. b:surrender

    Also victim to this now, I ship for basic training in less than a month and was kind of hoping to get to buy a new outfit out and enjoy it before leaving, like seriously.........b:angry

    Tried to use my card and it rejected it 2 times. Same card I used b4/only card I have and so I guess I'm screwed too. Get to keep my money though b:victory

    Call your bank. Especially if you use Bank of America.

    Banks will typically auto deny the direct Visa payment sites before you approve it. I've seen em deny $10 T-Shirt orders through those sites claiming "Suspicious Charges".

    I was just about to say this.

    It just happened to be. I bought $10 worth of zen awhile ago, and then I tried to purchase another $10 and it wouldn't let me.
    It turns out my card had flagged moneybrokers and thought someone had stolen my card. All you need to do is call the number on the back of your card and they'll have you verify the purchase.
