Do not get Nirvy weapon

Nirvy 5 aps weapon is overrated. It cost way too much and it is not a big difference in damage. A +10 3.33 APS rank 8 dagger is just as good at a 5aps Nirvy dagger that you have to spend 200m to get and another 100m+ to +10. Nirvy dagger is overated for PVE atleast. I never pvp so i dont know but for PVE. Nirvy dagger is really overated.. Dont waste 200m on a nirvy dagger that you will struggle trying to +10. Just get 3.33 APS sparked wth rank 8 dagger with a little nice refine and ur good.

    Back when rep sales never existed, nirvy dags were the way to go.

    But I agree, nowadays they're overrated. R8 +10 does great damage when compared to the nirvy dags. But as with G13 vanas, R8 shouldn't be a sin's main end-game weapon. G15 or R9 should be your main aims in end-game weapons.

    I'm glad you're not on my server. My dream daggers are int/sac Netherworld Guidance and I like the fact that no one on my server has them or g13.

    My desired endgame gear (shard and refines negligible and only 2.5/3.33 aps simply because I hate 4/5apsers).

    Um...btw. You compared Netherworld Guidance to g13 Shadow of Nirvana daggers. You know Netherworld are g15 Light of Nirvana, right?

    There's only 1 Lunar G15 daggers that I know of in RT

    The owner wants to sell it for 500-600 gold on one of the new servers XD


    It has attack lvl +1/2 (forgot number), -int and SS on it.

    1 socket though D:

    Didn't you post a screenshot of you and that sin (Okeano I believe?) somewhere here on the forums, or was that you who had them? (idk whether they were g13 or g15, but they definitely were Light of Nirvana.)

    Is PWcalc messed up on shard effects, or do they really do next to nothing on a highly refined weapon?

    For example, a +10 Netherworld Guidance with no add-ons being used by a sin with 400 dex, no other gear, and Demon Dagger Devotion deal 5,534-7,049.

    Adding 1 Drakeflame stone only boosts this to 5,976-7,491, while 2 result in 6,418-7,932.

    I fail to see the significance of this especially considering how expensive it is to add a 2nd socket to g15 weapons, not to mention the cost of making a Drakeflame. Am I missing something?

    @Typh Not really.. Some sins strive for perfection though, and want the absolute highest in DPS. Drakeflames are the highest to go, and even though they cost ~150m each, as compared to its G11 alternative, people do that.

    I'm saving up for Drakeflames because I want my R9 daggers to be perfect. It came out as 11 dex thankfully, so now that I +12'd it, all I need are Drakeflames to make it "perfect". Also Drakeflames look better than Garnets in my eyes XD

    very possible im going to make a fool of myself but wouldn't getting barrier thorn be somewhat decent? I mean 2nd cast those *******: g15, GoF + -.5 int + other possible goodies sounds pretty nice to me(cleric here...clearly i dont hit things that often lol)

    I've always considered nirvana to be the free option and r9 the more cash shopped one (yes you CAN farm nirvana and other things sell the mats and get r9 but how many people do that? all the people on arch i know got r9 by ka ching ka ching).

    There's actually not much difference in the price of the two. You could "farm" r9 ring/daggers.

    yes you can, but how many people do you know who got r9 from farming as opposed to cracking open their wallet. XD There's nothing wrong with cash shopping if thats what your into im just pointing it out <,<.

    nirvy weapon isnt so bad mayb not worth the 200mil but still worth getting imo. Ive used +6 r8 daggers at 3.33 aps dmg was nice but vs my new 5aps +7nirv weap(lower dmg than r8 by alot lol) i like it better i can afk macro with lag on bosses in hh3-1 where as with my r8 weap i had to focus and pot often and had the occasional deaths too QQ.
    i lag alot due to comp toob:chuckle

    yeah ikr !b:chuckle was a 3.33 r8 sin for like 6 months or more not sure and then farmed ma nv weap last 2x b:pleased was rough week.

    Ok I gotta wonder how you ever expect to get rank 9 without spending gold if everyone decided that rank 9 was the only viable way to go. Consider the facts that already gold is in a short supply. TT farming is almost dead already as there are so many aps characters farming it and most of the long term players already have the 99 gear. More an more mats become so common that you cant hardly give them away. So in a couple more months-No income or little from tt an none from nirvy coupled with rsing gold price/shrinking supply = rank 9 is a pipe dream for most normal non cash shop players.
    G15 nirvana however is aquirable with a good group of friends helping.
