Logging in and getting an Asian popup

Ok have been trying to login through the normal method, it initialies's,checks and start button colourers up I press start and a popup in an Asian language comes up and I cant log in ?.Anyone else with same problem please,also I have Verified the content.

    No I cant sorry as it shows on my desktop and I dont know how to do a screenie of that.It is a 1/8 size of the screen with a line of Asian on the top in grey and the filling is white with one line of Asian in the centre,it also has to red crosses to exit it ??

    can you still log into the servers or is it like
    on all servers?

    It does not give me tha chance to go to a server as I cant get past the patcher screen.As soon as i press start up comes this popup?

    well I found the problem on my machine,I run two nVidia 9800 gtx's in SLI mode and d/l the 270 drivers.PWI does not like these drivers as I have now d/l the 280 drivers and PWI is running wirh no problems at all ???
