I fricking buy 20$ gamecard i redeem it and theres no zen in my wallet this is such a fricking Rip-Off

    The redeem process went through okay? It said your account had been credited? You were logged into your account?

    In this case, wait about an hour. Sometimes these payments take time to go through.
