Creating a Faction soon, Help!

Hey guys,

I was wondering if the community can help me out a bit with afew things regarding the faction.

Now the reason I am asking this is because in different games whether it be MMORPG or FPS, clans, guilds, Corps have a certain way of having the group organized. I personally use basic military based organization when it comes to making a group but I was wondering if there are other methods I can use.

Also it will have to be compatible with the French Server since I plan on making a faction there before I make one in Harshlands.

So any tips and such?

    I have thought about some brotherhood with less strict rules, strong values, but with strong monitoring still (you don't want for your faction to end like a pub with its lot of usual drunken customers, do you?)

    If it's not a TW faction (which it's not since your asking the question) rules don't matter. People will frost then leave at high level resulting in too much reorganization to be worth the trouble.

    Actually, the Harshlands Faction is going to be mostly assisting with lower to mid lvl players ( and if we get strong enough I just want one patch of land pleaase b:laugh) On the Frenchie Server I plan on dominating all the remaining free spots b:sin(afew small pieces of land and some of the major cities are still open game.)

    If you're interested in PVP of ANY kind, you may as well go for broke and make a straight-up TW faction. Don't just say "oh I want to maybe get one patch of land." PVP in this game is broken to the point that if you're not deadly serious, you will not win, not on any significant scale. A full TW faction is the only way a militaristic design structure would be appropriate, anyway.

    Otherwise, just make a PVE-centric faction and drop the "military structure" (because casual PVE players will not stick around for it).

    It's a PVP server, so... probably the biggest aholes on it? XD

    Then again, that kind of person might be the only kind who'd be attracted to a militaristic faction structure, so if you go that route, the most hated faction may well be yours. <_>

    Even though its probably gonna take about a year to build a fully capable faction and afew months to prepare for TW, I will take a target and we'll see what happens next xD
