New player pvp - pve question

Hi, i am new to this game and i would like to know wich class are prefereble with pvp cause i love pvping ? I know people always say all class are good when well played but there is always a class most suited for pvp :P.

So wich are those close and are are those game style (game play) ?

Futhermore i'd like to know if this game is a lot of partying or more a solo game playing style ?
