True Emptiness now the new pwn?

Since they said that some text might not reflect the changes in the skills so I tested Thunderstorm and True Emptiness out.

TS now hits a bit over 800 close up on the ground on a heavy armor around my lvl and TE hit an arcane for over 3.5k in air.

Although they didn't mention the change in the base dmg of these 2 skills, the text in-game changed and the dmg output seems to match the description. It's true that my genie is not DEX based so won't hit as hard with TS now, but even if all the 68 STR that helped TS before are changed to DEX, that's still only 134% more dmg (1 DEX for 2%). TS hit in the 3k range with just 68% boost from STR before (1 STR for 1%). Did the patch note forget to mention the changes in base dmg?

Guess they got tired of 7X and 8X BMs running around and 2 hitting each other with HF+TS.

    Eh, 5aps Sins and R9 Psys are the new pwns I believe. Soon the R9 seeker when it gets updated..
