Hi,
Am not sure if this is the right place to ask about this. But i have in-game problems and been clicking the GM button every 5 minutes, but with no respond. So i come here, hope someathing happened.

I have problem with my fashions in my wardrobe. Recently i dyed one of my fashion and then i wear it. Somehow, today, i login, and i saw i have 2 piece of the same fashions - one with the original color b4 i dyed, and one with the new color after i dyed. The weird part is that, i lost one of the other fashion i have in my wardrobe.

Is this something of a glitch or bug? i tried to relog and restart game, it is still the same.
And the one fashion that i lost is my favorite one, :(

Pls, i need help or support from GM if there is one here....

Thanks.

    1. GM's work weekdays from like 9 to 5 EST. (GMT -8) They don't work weekends.

    2. They don't typically read the forums either, and the only real way to get help is to submit a ticket.

    3. Submit a ticket. You will have to wait a few days. Patience is a virtue. A GM will get to it as soon as they look at the other tickets that were submitted before yours.

Have no fear, they can look in the logs and see exactly what happened. Be sure to be specific about the time.
