The guy who sells the first flying manta ray mount for venomancers?
I didn't know that the mount after that one was only temporary and so I got rid of my old slow one, so now I don't have a flying mount... What is the name of the NPC that sells them and the coordinates?

    If I remember right it's the lost city recluse that sells them and he can be found at 216 543
