Hello, I have a problem

Today I played was in the B51 and "you have been booted" and d/c
I was shocked by what is happening.

I cant Log in game but Can Log in site..

When i log in game "incorrect account name or password"

I can not change the password on the site because I do not remember the answer to the question of what to do help

I had a 65 to Seeker on Heavens Teat Help

    When you get the message about being booted, it means someone else has logged into your account and force logged you off. I don't understand why you're able to log into the site but not the game though... you should be getting the same result from both. Either way, send in a ticket through the support page.

    So someone logs into your account and manages to change the password by answering the secret question. Makes sense.
