    a b movie relies on the quality of the softcore to sell it, as it has no other point to it. even tho ive seen some damn good b movies... hmm...thinks of new topic... nah, ill just look at aesthors siggy some more.

    B-movie = softcore movies?

    Well im not used to this term.. For me a B-movie is a low budget film that goes straight out to the video store that you can rent.. They do not go on to the movie screen in the cinema like the big movies like Transformers etc. B-movies got more or less no famous actors and is also often made for the TV screen like some movies are. There are B-movies that arent that bad overall.. I saw one that was made for TV a long time ago "The Journey to the center of the earth." from 1999 or something.. Like 3 hours long but a lot more enjoyable then the A-movie with Brendan Fraser that only lasts like 1 hour and a half.

    Maybe thats not how it is in the US, but thats sure how we classify B-movies where I come from. And dont say its a third world country cause its not b:cute

    Yup, that's how i see B movies as well. But often they use boobies and other softcore forms as a selling point.

    Thats exactly what a b-movie is,even in the states. The amount of nudity or sex is irrelevant. Hell, dam near any movie with Lou Diamond Phillips is a b-movie lol.Nearly any movie that comes on sci-fi channel too.
