Please don't bump threads.
I checked with Billing on that ticket, you should hopefully hear back from them today or tomorrow.
If not, just keep updating your ticket.
Billing Support doesn't get on the forums hardly ever, so they aren't going to see complaints. b:victoryDo you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

no, it only pushes you back if you open a new one. Updating the ticket is what you need to do. but you also have to be patient. There are few GM and lots of tickets.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
