I did the jungle ruins event yesterday and completed it but when i was trying to pick the insignia reward it didn't give them to me then i tried again but the option wasn't there anymore only the mirage/socket stone reward and the key which i had accidentally clicked but clicked the back button and then the mirage/socket stone reward was also gone and only the key was left. I tried relogging but it didn't work and i got teleported to the entrance soon after so i wasn't able to get a reward. Someone else finished the event at the same time as me but i didn't get to ask them if they got the reward. Did anything like this happen to anyone else?

I already submitted a ticket but i was told to make a post as well.

    Same thing happened to me.

    After completing it with one of my characters, i was lucky enough to have picked the correct item to get insignias. This was the first character i used and i got my choice of reward. I picked insignias.

    So i decided to use my next character to see if i can get it again, since there was plenty of time left. When i get to the end the quest to get insignias was gone. Only the mirage/socket reward and the key were available.

    OK i thought it was just a bug on my character and there was still time so i go and try the 3rd character. By the time i get there on the 3rd one, only the key is available. Both the insignia and mirage quests were gone. This happened yesterday

    Other weeks i can manage to get insignia reward on 2 character but by the time i get through it on my 3rd, the option seems to be gone. It's starting to look random to me but i think the scarecrow NPC at the end just doesn't make the quests available after some time. It's never been a set time so it seems like a bug to me

    You have to get the correct combination to get the insig or mirage reward and even then there are a limited number of awards available (only 5 people can get insigs and only 10 can get mirage). The only guaranteed reward is XP.

    I would like to know how you figured this out or know it works that way

    i'm pretty sure it wouldn't cancel both the insignia quest and the mirage/socket stone quest because only one other person went to the end when i did. it's not my first time doing the event either but it was the first time the quests for the rewards disappeared like that
