Just found it on our devs site :o
"The new game scenes, "Paradise Village", a mysterious village has two moons, waiting for you to crack the mystery of unknown, new world waiting for you the thrill of adventure!"

Seems like new events with JJ fashion, Eye of the jungle, Mustang cloak as price + exp events. Sounds fun!
no idea why they dont work for guild base wars :/

    I kind of noticed that the skill bars on the first page are the old versions, possibly pre Tideborn.

    The time stamp at the top of the page says "2011-08-09" so who knows if it's a **** up or perhaps, Tideborn and Earthguards are being deleted and PWI is getting rolled back?

    No, that's the pre-eg UI.

    PWCN has the option of using either the old or the new ui in their settings.
    While it still exists in the ini setting for our version, it looks horrible if you try to revert it back to the old version since they were too lazy to modify it for us.

    hmm...the PW international tournament thing was mentioned, perhaps this is the map which they'll be hosting it in?
    it helps in this game to be able to read Chinese heh, but there's no way i'm reading all of that >.> wayyy too lazy

    It's another game, i forgot the name though... It's environment it's really Chinese themed.

    i wont b suprised if you can go to the new area but they wont open the quests ever...kinda like faction bases, you can go there do quests and level up the base but no wars which was the main thing ppl looked forward to..HALF AZZ THIS TOO PWI PLEASE WE LOVE HALF AZZED NEW STUFF

    Anyway, back to speculating...

    The bottom of the first page makes it seem like another game, but everything else seems to be PW related.

    What I found most interesting was the mentioning of two dates. One in January on the first link and one August 10th on the second.

    That's all I could get from the links, other than what has already been mentioned.

    China site reporting it almost as if it's a new expansion, PWI carnival style.

    The new area has a lot of new quests and stuff.....

    Too little, too late. Im not waiting around for it.

    Probably just another lvl 60 to 80 playground to speed them even more to buying hypers and charms for FC/Goon runs.

    Mhm but the source to get it was removed, I'm hoping this town will host an event that gives one away.

    Lots of really cool stuff in that vid. Dancing, cool wings, and some kind of toon that can fly along the ground with lights coming out of their head lol.

    Nothing that we couldn't have, and yet we don't. The giant dancing girl was kinda creepy though b:shocked

    Because he does.............He had just stated they were working on a new guild base thing and right there in the article from what I could get they were talking about guild base 100 being able to participate and so on and so forth b:chuckle I don't even know Chinese but google does give rough estimates.

    wow this town is awesome, i hope we get it sometime .. i love exploring new areas even if they are for lower lvls ill still do the quests xD if i can

    dont forget the winners from the easter egg contest have them also, 1 person per server have the bunny (such as myself :P lol) - then a few extra people have it from that weekend event they hosted.
