Ok, I've looked around, and even websearched about it, but I still can't figure out what a Sadness Card is for.
So far, all I've come to understand is that it comes from the Cube of Fate, and is the opposite of an Ecstacy Card, which grants 1mil coins (or sells for 1mil). In Cat Shops, I've seen people selling Sadness Cards for 10k and such, even though the card itself says to sell it for 1 coin.
Does this card have its worth of more than a singe coin? If so, what is this worth? What's it's importance?

    They have no actual use in the game. Some people npc them for 1 coin (while you can npc ecstasy cards for 1mil coins)
    The only use for sadness cards is dropping them on people you just pk'd. b:laugh

    Both cards come from the Golden Box.
    Opening either gives you 1mil coins (in the form of an Ecstacy card), or 1coin, in the form of a Sadness card.

    Some people save sadness cards, just to save them, and some people drop a card on theyr enemy after they killed them in PvP

    The people selling it for 10k are scammers who hope to make money on clueles noobys

    It's kinda like leaving a calling card some serial killers have used in the past (like joker cards).

    That's also quite interesting about th PKing thing. O.o Guess it's gotta have some sort of use. hehe

    I've seen a r9 Wiz in Sanctuary *can't say the name in forums* which have been camping cube exit with a catshop buying 9k+ Sadness cards for 10 coin each for about a month or two.

    Its actually more funny carrying them around in your inventory when you're red on the chance that they drop if you get pked. b:chuckle
    Make sure the rest of your stuff is either banked or bound tho! =X
