Why was my account banned?

i was in the middle of TW and i just got booted off and i cant even log on forums to send a ticket about itb:angry

    PWI do not allow GMs and Mods to actually try to help with issues of banning or scammers, so you will unfortunately have to submit a ticket, as they will tell you. And after a few weeks you will get a response from a COMPUTER telling you to submit another ticket. Rinse adn repeat, the end.

    I have always been against automated ticket systems. They are a fail replacement for actual human responsibility. Ingame issues should be dealt with by the Mods and GMs, hence why they are called Moderators and Game Masters

    This is also why I feel for some of the PWI officials here on the forums, especially the Mods, as a few of them are awesome, but have very limited power.

    no response no nothing..... just boot off my char for no reason.... no email.. cant log in to ticket -.-..

    As it is the weekend, you most likely won't get a response until the week, all i can suggest to you is to wait, as bans are not to be discussed on the forums.
