Is it just me, or does vortex always cancel shortly after you cast it? I have an MP charm on and it cancels way before I want it to. I tried potting a few times as well...did not help muchb:sad

    use herbs....much better and affordable, but heres a tip i use when i didnt use herbs, i would use the mp pots from Divine emissary quests each 10 secs so the cd from the charm wont cancel my vortex, works like a charm, cept herbs are the way to go at 75+

    yeah the description is wrong for the vortex, it states "or when chi runs out", they mean mana. So use mp charm along with herbs.

    My suggestion, or what i do, is i place my hp and mp herbs on my number hot key, so when i cast i just press 4 to restore mana, and 5 for health. makes it easier to use hotkeys so you can make sure your vortex didnt cancel

    What are you using vortex on..? Some bosses/mobs interrupt.

    I think its some sort of glitch. Sometimes vortex will skip the mana drain every 1.5 seconds, on the next one it will drain double. and so more often then not, vortex will cancel because it doesn't have enough mana to keep going. This seems to happen alot in the time when your mana charm is in cooldown. It's very irritating, I used to carry around a magic hat with me sharded with turquoises just to make sure I had enough mana b:chuckle

    I don't do it anymore though....
