On this server its like we have too many sins. I'm almost getting sick of it. It's like barbs went extinct since most people just solo FC with a BM or sin to heads then start selling them off 500k each. It's like we got too many DDs in R9 now then we know what to do with them.
The reason I made a cleric was to help out faction cause there were never enough decent clerics online. We had about 5 decent clerics in faction basically being ran ragged between bhs, tts, fc, and to kill bosses like krimson for people's quests.

Just the fact that we lose the whispers, means we lose a huge part of the game, we end ignoring so much things that you don't seem to realize. Still I was able to get squads even with this problem, I just send the PM saying my name in it (Archi.eRho for example), still most of people doesn't bother pressing 'T' and writing the name. The liberty of one person ends where the next person's liberty begins, they have the right to be lazy, a pain for me.
Another thing, the money...It really have become really difficult to do even a little of it, since now I have something like a 3% to get an invite and I can't start a random squad, that limits me to be always with a friend or a fact member, but not every faction have players doing the same than me at the same time or have high lvl people in it (as my case being in a faction full of low lvls)
So the money isn't why I am raging about, my reason for all this is the fact that my name was censored and I see all the people I talk to asking why am I censored. I know what the ToS states, but even when the game is international, I only speak in english and my native language, spanish, so how would I have idea about a cuss word in another language like it happened to me, I know PWE can't post a list with the cuss words that are censored, but is really unfair that something like this happens to me and to all the other players.
And for all those players who know they did placed a cuss word intentionally, they should know that their names shouldn't be fixed, spending money or not, having to re-roll or quit, we are still PWI players, all the same. The favoritism is not allowed. Accept it.
And as for all the comments on this thread, with or against all, all I hope is for frankie to be aware of all we waited and their idea of the 'compensation' that we didn't asked, plus PWE to be ashamed for the mistakes they commit insulting PWI community for this trouble since the beggining. The timing is really bad but if the whole problem is fixed then it'll be forgotten with time, just hoping it doesn't happen.0 -
All this arguing back and forth does nothing to address the matter at hand. Peoples names are still censored but there is a fix. It requires a patch which is most likely not going to happen this week. All affected players who submitted a ticket will get a mount most of us have and 50 event gold we can do very little with. The message Is being received loud and clear; pwi doesn't care. The effort that goes into making this game great isn't there. People get banned only if someone else reports them not because they violate the game rules. People break rules all the time and get reported and don't get banned. Others get banned for minor infractions or banned for something they didn't do which they can then submit a ticket and get the ban lifted. That may take a day or 2 which is often the length of the ban. There is no sense of fairness on the part of the governing body. There is no innocence until proven guilty and just as it is in the real world..... Money talks...... If I didn't have 3 years or work in this game, 3 years worth of friendships and I regretfully add thousands of rl money invested over the course of 3 years, I would quit. I am one o the lucky affected users. My name was fixed after 2 weeks. Some of the other people I see censored baffles my mind. I had never heard of the word they bleeped. Players with names like bigblackdick and peenis still run around totally unaffected by the whole censorship thing and for the mess that the chat filter created which pwi acknowledges, you wanna pat us on the head and tell us get over it. I know I just broke all your toys but here's a lollipop to make it all better.0

First of all, obviously you read none of my other posts. I feel sympathy towards those people who got blocked cause I understand it was a little harder for you to play the game. Oh and yes, I can get a squad without whispering people. It's called watch normal chat for "LF bh(insert fb here) squad" and invite people. Requires no whispering. I also don't random squad everyday, cause I actually dislike randoms nowadays because the massive amount of fail FC players.
If you don't have enough high lvl friends or your faction isn't full of them, that is your own issue. Be a bit social and meet new people. You want to be in a low level faction to help new players out, that's fine. Just make sure you make enough high level friends for one decent squad when you need it.
As for the people who deserve this cause they put a cuss word in their name intentionally, I've been saying that since I opened this thread. They broke ToS intentionally. Yeah, yours was accidental and a cuss word in another language which makes no sense to why they blocked it, especially when it is just part of the name Archie. I think they should unblock your name and you get compensation cause you didn't do it on purpose. I have nothing against you. The people screaming about getting something out of it when their name was **** or ***** is what bugs me.

Yeah, PWE did nothing about it til a ton of players started complaining. I'm just saying that they are finally trying to get it fixed, even if it took a while. There is some stuff we have been complaining about for years and it's still here. Be happy it didn't end up something like that. They could of just broke your toys and laughed in your face. At least now they are trying to glue the toys back together and giving you some candy for how long it took to get it fixed. Sure, you missed out all that time to play with the toys, but at least you are getting them back (even though it would be better to just get new toys).
I'm not sure how some names like Archie's got blocked, but not bigblackdick and peenis. I think they should get blocked out cause they are breaking ToS. The entire reason for the filter was trying to get rid of names like that, pwe just didn't do the filter correctly. Yeah, you can report them, and it is up to the GMs and such to decide if they are banning that person. And they should be banned or forced to give up their character because it is an icky name to look at. The ban should be longer than just a measly 2 days. I did read your posts, but what I said wasn't that you didn't get the idea, I said that u did'nt fully get because you have to live it to get it. And by the way, you seem to be against PWE staff and not with the censored players, just my opinion.
About the normal chat, I don't know your server but in RT the shouts for BH100 in normal chat only happen when the server reset at 0 hours (I'm not online at that time), so I hardly get an oportunity there. And about my friends, most of them are paying users, so they don't even try BH100. Again, just my opinion.0 -

Addressing those people who's names can be construed as against the terms if service.. If pwi were my company..... Power leveling is very easy now with sins being able to solo frost... The problem is not so much leveling a character but losing all the bound stuff on that character. Remember now this doesn't affect me since my name is fixed. Give those affected a super inventory and super safe stone along with an acct stash stone. Make make them untradeable if you wish. if the player is married in game have them submit a ticket showing this and send them a bride and groom pack. It the player can prove rank. Send them the rep badges to reclaim their rank level. It's not a perfect fix but pwi should never have allowed these names to go for 3 years then suddenly make it against the rules. A herc and nix can be acct stashed as can hh99 armor and even nv gear. I may have missed some things but I think thus would go a long way to make this a little more equitable. If you are on LC server, pm me from your affected toon to or or censorship then from the new chRacter and I will personally run you through a couple if big room frosts (legal power leveling). I would make this offer to any affected players who have obtained a level of 90+ since that's when the game gets expensive.0

I'm not fully against the pwe staff, I just dislike how they run things sometimes, same as a lot of players in this community right now. Lack of updates, most updates have been useless or broken, being slow to get anything major done, and not fixing bugs that have been here since the game started. I have nothing against the forum mods or anything, they are players like everyone else and do what they can, it's the devs I got an issue with.
I've never done bh100, but I hear friends complain about how much of a pain it is, and they would rather just FC. It sounds like not many people do that bh anyway. If they were good friends, they would go with you anyway though. I've dragged a couple of friends along on stuff I know they wouldn't of done otherwise. I think it's good for them to get out of FC every now and again. b:chuckle
It would of been nice to include a account stone along with the compensation and a couple of rep badges for people to be able to get whatever rank they had again. Throw in some hyper stones too so they can at least get close to their level again. Uhh, the only BH100 I know few people ever do is BH Lunar. The rest people do in droves. I'm still wondering why this has been unsticked. The problem still exists for many players, and has been unresolved. I realize the issue "is on it's way to being fixed", in an upcoming future patch. However, that patch currently isn't implemented via the client, so I'm curious to why this thread about the issue is no longer a "main" thread for something PWI plans to fix.
I plan to do at least a daily bump via this thread, until we get some answer. If we get the latest patch tomorrow night w/ a fix, I'll probably make some thread about it, etc etc.0 -

Let me help you out a little with the bump... Yes it seems that we are totally unimportant and our problems have been swept under the carpet. Maybe they think if they ignore us we will go away.
Well I am very disappointed at the lack of gm or mod replies regarding the so called compensation and our thoughts on that. We told you that what you offered was worse than a slap in the face and there wasn't even a response attempting to justify your so called compensation. Most of us have the mounts. Most of us have event gold from the "events" and dq points. Most of us lost in excess of 50 - 100 million coins by not being able to play the game properly during 2x. At least update the damn event gold section of the boutique to where there is anything worth getting at the over inflated prices. None of it is trade-able so whats the point anyways. (For those of you not familiar with the event boutique a silver hp charm is 7.5 event gold and it provides 350k hp as compared to a platinum charm that is 2 gold on sale and has 1,200,000 hp even at reg price these are 6 gold. So in order to equal one plat charm you need to buy at least 3 silver event boutique charms. That's 22.5 event gold. So 50 event gold will buy you the equivalent of 2 platinum charms. Therefore your compensation you are offering is worth 4 gold or 5 million coins. Way to go PWI.)

So question for the GM's.
My name is still censored. Yes I was told it would be fixed in todays patch(not holding my breath). But my name has still been censored for twice as long as most people whos name was fixed already.
Yet we get the same compensation. Doesn't really seem fair. And tbo the compensation is a bit weak. Could have given us an option or something. Now half of us have two of the same mount so the mount reward was a bit silly, a sellable one to make up for all the unc's we missed out on would have been good.0 -
wow people care so much about this matter we are on page 8.. I did send in a ticket regarding the slap in the face they called compensation... Here is the slap in the face I got back.
"Titsania, we will bring this information to upper management. If we do make any changes to the compensation provided for censored names, we will contact you again. Thank you for the support! "
Well I am proud to say I haven't charged any gold since the censorship and hope to stick by this. I know it doesn't hurt PWI that much since I wasn't a HUGE cash shopper but the average of $50 a week I used to spend is over... Its actually made the game more fun having to farm anything I want and I can honestly say i have been way luckier buying packs with coin than I ever was when I bought them with gold.

Any company's bottom line is MONEY. Customer satisfaction only matters IF it's in line with the bottom line: MONEY.
So, yeah, stopping charging zen is the only way to ultimately make a difference in customer service. The more money you stop spending, the more powerful the message.
I haven't touched that compensation. I haven't spent any money on this game since a year and a half ago, and I won't till I'm happy with the way the game is being managed. It's a good game; it's badly maintained.
I'm probably not making a huge difference, but at least I can live with myself knowing I'm not approving of PWE management by spending cash, which would be the equivalent of saying "I'm happy! Keep up the good work PWE!".

I have not logged into the game since this fiasco started... so I haven't been able to really check. I had the client side fix for this that was posted some time ago by another player though so I don't know if I'd be able to tell either way. :X

Yeah, it was fixed after about a month in a half. You're client-side fix will most likely get rewritten when you do the update. Though, that's fine -- since they reverted the filter back to the original one.
This thread still amuses me. Something I can do in under five minutes, took a corporation a month in a half. I must be hella awesome. 0 -
Ok so we got a fix in the latest patch. Yay people can say my name again after 2 months or can they?
Half of my faction can still not PM me even though they are on the latest patch? Do they have old files or something? My name is still filtered with half of my faction but the other have has no issues? What is going on here? If you take 2+months to fix something so simple how many years will it take to fix goons?
Pathetic. I think doing verify files will fix it but I dont really know. If a GM or rep can front and tell me how I can let my faction members PM me that woudl be great. I am an officer and half my faction cant even speak to me.0 -

Way to make your compensation for people who were censored and who missed 10 days of normal game play during 2x an even bigger slap in the face...
You gave us a mount that everyone can now get once again just for charging 50 dollars worth of gold. Most of us already had the mount and now if we were to charge more gold we would have another one. That would be 3 useless, un-tradeable mounts..
You totally **** us for 2 weeks saying you couldn't fix the problem because you had new servers to launch.. Yesterday was Monday and yet you shut down the servers for maintenance even tho maintenance is usually on a Tuesday, proving that you can do maintenance any time you please. You could have fixed the problem a lot sooner than you did but chose not to.
Obviously your censorship of long time players and so call compensation for the inconvenience is absolutely meaningless.
Check my accounts and see how much I charged over the last 3 years... Since this censorship mess I haven't charged a penny and refuse to do so until you acknowledge the fact that you violated your own terms of service by making the normal game play inaccessible and you acknowledge the fact that your compensation was worthless. (Like that will ever happen)
I know in the whole scheme of things my measly $200 or so dollars a month is nothing to PWI, but if more people would stand up and stop charging.. PWI would be forced to fix the problems they have known about for months if not years..
I can't wait to see what the anniversary bonus is this year.. maybe it will be a Crimson fox mount... Boy I can't tell you how much I would love to have yet another one of those...0
