Shortcut bar and quest list

Hi. When i connect with a character the two shortcut bars appear open and i can't see my quest list that i have tracked last time that was on.
When i connect i allways need to hide the shortcut bar that are free and track my quest list.
If i quit with this character and relog with it the configuration has gone and i need to repeat the operation again.
With my other caracters it doesn't happen.

    I have also been having this exact problems for a number of months and posted on this thread:

    As you can see, I did receive a response, but there was no solution given, and this problems still exists.

    Now that someone else is experiencing this problem, hopefully we can get a solution.
