Request: AH Fashion

Please change the Fashion tab structure in the Auction House! It's super annoying to double click every single tab just to find that 95% of the time, there's nothing there! It is a bad system for both the seller and buyer since the buyer has a hard time trying to browse fashion and so the seller ends up with an 'auction time limit reached' mail back.

Also, many of the fashion tabs are unreleased (Summer's Crown hair? Porcelain Dress? Dark Star Sleeves?) So...

I request that the AH fashion tabs be kept the same (Men's Hair, Men's Shirts, Men's Gloves... etc.) but get rid of all the ones inside, the individual fashion pieces. That way all the hairs get grouped together, all the tops get grouped together, all the gloves get grouped together, etc... while still maintaining the gender division that's already in place. :D

I voted no. I am an avid fashion shopper (if I could get all the money back I spent on fashion I could probably have rank 8 on another char b:embarrass) and check the AH most days for a particular piece of fashion. However, I know what I like and what I do not like. It saves me time having the list I can scroll through, and only check the pieces that I like or am interested in at the current time. If it was one big list and I was looking for, say, a pair of shoes but only interested in three different styles, I could easily accidentally scroll past them if there was only one pair in a style surrounded by stuff I didn't care about. And I don't fancy having to go through pages and pages of fashion when only a few things interest me at that moment. (Searching for each individual item is out, since I do not have all the names memorized. Not only that, but sometimes scrolling the list I see something I had forgotten about and check that too.)

you could just use the search function, i assume you know the name of the item your looking for

i do agree, for those who just like to look through it, and possibly find a deal, its a huge pain the way the current setup is

The super high granularity of the filter categories is redundant.

If you want to search for a particular piece you can already use the Search filter on the right. If you want to browse or go window shopping to see what fashion is available it's impossible.

I don't know about other servers, but for mine there's barely any fashion in the AH in the first place. I would say at most, the category of all 'female tops' would go to 2 pages, hair and bottoms probably 1 page, and then shoes maybe 2 pages too. Basically, there's not a lot of stuff available so because of that I think the AH fashion tabs should be condensed. Also you can scroll the (rather small) list and see shoes that you might have forgotten about or are available in a color that you happen to want.

Just let me browse fashion, PWI. :(

i vote yes, they should all be combined together so we can see all shirts, all shoes, etc. of the different genders. if you are looking for something specific thats what the search function is for.

Agree. This version was alright before the filter worked properly/existed, but now that we have it, we really should update the auction house format to match.

Same can be said for the mount and flier categories, in all honesty.

Yes. I would like it. Is so annoying going through 10 different tabs and find nothing at all under them. b:chuckle

Either this, or have the filter parts unable to be opened (grayed out) if there is nothing in them. Even better, have the ones that don't have any fashion under them disappear.

Anyway, this is going to the Suggestion Box.b:thanks

Ahhh, yeah, might as well have closed this thread then, seeing as it's going to accomplish the same thing. b:chuckle
