Sometimes it takes up to 3 WORKING days to get back to you, what i usually do is

Go to contact page, get the email they say u have to use to contact them
then just email them directly from any address and ask the reason and when will it be un-banned

But sometimes PWI like to ban for unknown reason because they're bored.

If they banned you for no reason get the police and push charges OK

First of all this banning in game is somehow disturbing because, tho it is free to play games, some customer actually paid for the gears, skills, ect.

Therefore, it raised a question: do we actually buy this product or is that just we lending money to PWI and therefore they are liable to return all the hard earn GOLD that has been put into the company by player once an account got banned permanently or even temporarily.

Technically, we can buy gold from Auction which is money charged by other player therefore, those people who is playing for free n getting coins to buy GOLD from other player are infact similar like working, cus they put their TIME in earning those coins.

I m not a lawyer, However, I often wonder Why Do people buy Zen n transfer it to GOLD in order to sell it in Auction house to get in game coins, if by doing so does not guarantee that you own the item that you are purchasing.

Is this even LEGAL to purchased something that is not going to belong to you??. For example, you purchase flyer from the boutique, but at anytime PWI can permanently band you or take the account away (as said in their term n condition) and so u lost that Flyer, right. Has anyone ever question this term n condition?

If you dont play it for 1 year PWI can delete your account, regardless whether or not u use real money on the acc or not, So is this mean Pixel is like perishable goods?, is it like buying food that if u dont eat it, it will go bad?.

We dont get any warning in PWI, not like for example at other games they have band indicator where there is kinda banning indicator that can go up n down, so when a player indicator is yellow, we can take a rest for few weeks till it goes to green again.

If I was a person who farm coins in order to purchased GOLD, getting Banned means lost of Income, So Who will compensate me on this?.

PWI should have a better banning system, have some sort of warning for going to be banned is probably worth to look at.

Maybe also develop a program that prevent a minor to pm someone who is over 18 yrs old, because when u made an account u put in ur date of birth right, so why not put a program that prevent under age to pm adult, I mean some sort of filter that can be put in place by parents on who the kids can pm, ect. There must be better system to be in placed, maybe special server based on difficulty, or like ppl who is under 18 cant get in the dung cus its too difficult for them LOL, (just a thought) or put a cap on the time that a minor can log in, for example they drop every 2 hrs or so, cant log in back for 15 mins for example b:laugh

The problem also arise when you change ur email address and forget to changed it on pwi account. In this case, you can not recover your account, when u get banned cus you cant reply to them from the email address where they send you notification.

Even Worse that PWI give self service to changed ur email address of your account in pwi website, its make it difficult to retrive your account in case you get **** cus the HACKER can changed your email address to theirs.b:shutup in this case bye bye account for good.

IF this is happened, another Problem also arised when PWI asked about personal detail to retrieved your account cus sometimes we play too long we cant remember the detail that we put in as there are so many website n games a person probaly registered online. you could moved house, changed your name, ect.

Last Question is: WHY so much power is given to GM when our Zen actually paying their wages? IF I understand this correctly, GM is employee of PWI right.

Another Question that I have but not really about this topic is this, Why can't I get the GOLD into ZEN n get it back to my WALLET?b:laugh
