Can't run the game

so i spent half the day downloading 3 GB ( The game setup )
and when i finished installing the game and other stuff
and when i want to start the game i get surprised by this error message

TRANSLATION : this application cannot start because d3d8.dll is not found

so i downloaded d3d8.dll and put it in the game folder
and after that i get this

CCC.bmp

TRANSLATION : The procedure entry point DdEntry12 not found in the dynamic link DDRAW.dll

so what can I do ?

    I suggest to open google.com and do a search for 'directx download'.

    From what you described it looks like your DirectX is outdated and needs an upgrade.

    Already did that
    I installed DX8 : same problem
    DX9 : same problem

    Please check you meet the minimum system requirements. Especially OS : PWI requires at least Windows XP or higher Windows OS to run.

    Also a short info from dxdiag would probably help in finding out what is the problem.
