Please hear me out. All of the information you are asking for is irrelevant. I cannot get the jones blessing on my system. My friend can on his. I logged onto my account on his system when I was at his house, and it still did not work. He logged in ON THE SAME COMPUTER, and got his jones blessing after I tried. The problem is connected to the ACCOUNT not the CLIENT COMPUTER. If you pursue client side troubleshooting you are wasting your time. This issue is server side. Thank you kindly for your help.
