Is the Love: up and down tome really worth the extra coins?

Right now I have enough coins to buy either a Love: up and down or Pan Gu's Creator for my assassin but I'm wondering if it's even worth it to fork over the extra 100m+ on a Love tome just to get the extra stats.....What do you guys think?

    WHat do u need it for ?? Another piece of int or just a good tome ??? A good tome would be LoveUpDown. Another Int piece would be PanGu + the rest of the money u would farm for pants Daggers Blah blah.

    yea and Up and Down is atm 250+ expensive then Pan Gu and with 250m u can make 2 gears +10 or nirvana pants +10 etc

    If you already have everything else, just get pan gu and use the remainder for a cube neck and warsong belt. You'll still get 5aps sparked but have better survivability.

    do you even know what forum you are posting in? why the hell would a sin use cube neck and warsong belt

    If you're going to bring costs into it, then I'll compare your build to this. Less cost and gets ~39% more DPS.

    There really is no reason to spend an extra 100m on Love: Up and Down. Just like there is no reason to spend an extra 200m to go from 4 aps to 5 aps.

    for an extra atk or def lvl? maybe some more hp? an extra 1% crit? seems like a great benefit if I dont mind gimping myself weapon wise, maybe there are other sins out there who would rather use G13s instead of G15s or r9 so they can use cube neck and warsong belt, but I havent seen any of them.

    Some seem to forget 5.0 also means faster chi building and for some bosses that's crucial (even if sins have chi skills) keeping 5.0 during some TT bosses can be a bigger factor then most DPH/DPS/APS nuts care to acknowledge.

    ok but you DO realize you dont need 5 aps to permaspark right?

    I can almost perma spark at 2.86 ap/s sparked, id imagine 3.33 is the sweet spot meaning starting with exactly 300 chi and triple sparking 3.33 im guessing is minimum to gain 300 chi before spark ends...

    Id take a 3.33/4 r8 setup over a 5 aps anyday not only cause its better, but cause its cheaper too, and well I gave up on caring what people thought a long time ago

    Wrong. 3.33 gets you 245 chi before the spark ends. 4.0 is the minimum for 300 chi.

    Then again, by cleverly rolling your chi skills, you can permaspark at 2.86.
