Differences in servers?

Are there any major differences between the communities on each of the pve servers? I have a lvl 22 cleric on archosaur and
1. I can't seem to find the right guild for me,
2. the lower levels are rather empty and it's hard finding squads for regular quests
3. People seem to help each other more on other forums than on the archosaur one, and most of the people who post help on the beginner guide seem to be from other servers

I'm wondering why this is and if changing servers would make a significant difference
Note: getting to lvl22 took me a while and I'm hesitant to start all over again

    First of all: 22 shouldn't take long to get. Even as a cleric, unsupported by another character. Maybe a week of playing a couple of hours a day?

    Secondly: No. All the servers, even the new EU servers, are dead at low levels. There are VERY few true-new players, and almost everyone with alts is using various cheats to powerlevel.

    Well yes, but I only really have time to play on weekends :/
    I guess the fact that other people level so fast is the reason it's so deserted. Stupid cash shop -.-
