Looking for ~Active~ faction?

I went through the Archosaurs guild list on here, and went to the ones I have the requirements for and the people haven't logged in for quite a while, So I was looking for a active faction to join?
I'm (Obviously) level 20, but making friends is more important than leveling up and PVPing to me ha. Thanks[:

    I'm in pretty much the same boat, I play pwi for fun, not for spending money or lvling super fast and am looking for a faction :)
