Mailbox glitch

Hello, I seriously need help. Here is the serise of events that happened.

I am a new player who only played for 2 weeks
My character name is Sazgar (mystic)
Account name is *Edited*
Server is Heven's Tear

I decided to get my self a all class pet so I created a venomancer (character name Shafina under the same server and account). I planned to level up my venomancer to level 10 so that I can get Baby Froggy and mail it to my main player. I leveled my veno to lv 3 then I saw a stall, The stall was selling exactly what a wanted (a all class pet - Baby Elysium Fowl
) for 100k. I mailed 100k from my mystic to my veno and bought it. I mailed back the baby fowl to my mystic but I never received the mail in my mystic account.

To check weather the mail was slow or not i sent more mails form the two accounts and I received them (the new mails) but I still havent received the fowl in my mystic account and I am 100% sure that I sent the mail to Sazgar and no other player, I rechecked the name before sending the mail from my veno.

Someone help me
