To play pwi again or not

so i've been on a break/leave for the last 3 months or so and i sorely miss my TW *like a ton, one of the only mmo's i know that plays like this*

Sanctuary server *the server i was/am on* seems to have it's TW become far more interesting lately *being R8 i'm not to terribly behind on gear with R9/vana being top 3rd rate is decent*

so the question is, to return or not to return

ps: I'd rather avoid flamers/trolls if i can. if it's either yes or no a reasoning of why would be appreciated *and before you go into the whole cs ****, i played fine 3 months ago against r9's and such fine as r8 in TW and that was when 1/2 of vindicate were r9's QQ*

    can you have fun without having the absolute best gear and stuff all the time

    if you can, then why not
    just remember its a game, dont take it to seriously

    If you can gaurentee youl make at least 8 mill a week to buy yourself a charm at least, then sure, do it for TW.

    If not, then dont, doing anything without charging is becoming steadily more rediculous.

    The only real enjoyable content in this game is TW. PK is nonexistant and if by some act of god you do manage to find PvP that is interesting you got about 45 seconds before the sins and decked out R9 people show up.

    making 8m in a week is easy at 100 with vana for 1 charm. and i play cleric 1 plat charm normally lasts me 2-3 tw's *2 if vana's 5k AoE dmg boss eats away to much at it*

    i can have plenty of fun in TW without top gear, lets see give me a sec and i'll stat out pw calc to show you what i actaully have *haven't looked at it in 2-3 months so it'll be a rough idea but seeing as it's full bound gear it should be close to being right*

    edit: k i can guarantee this is not 100% correct, my hp was 5.2-5.3kish unbuffed and my matk was about that 12.6kish if memory serves me correct *buffed*. and i don't remember what tome i had, 3 vit 4 mag or something like that, retributions flame comes to mind.

    Its the faction your fighting for that will care about your gear, not the few of us who use the forums :p

    true the faction will care, and as for still mentionnig it *my previous posts edit* it's a general idea from you to see if it'd still be viable in TW. It's upgradable but meh would take a little bit.
    If i rejoin theirs only 2 factions I'd consider joining, but I'll keep that to myself.

    For TW nowadays that wouldnt let you be a cata-cleric, but I should think youl be able to get into a TW faction. Might want to work on refining tho, HP and PDef is a little lower than it could be with almost no extra work.

    ya this is how i was doing as either cata-cleric, flex squad cleric, cata kill cleric as well. merely because i was good at my job. with a full survival based genie *and chi gain as well for when i spam seals on everything that moves*

    as for the refines,if i play again 1st thing that'll be done is upgrading my r8 chest/leggings to 4soc, then all +5 on my armors ect.

    objective: 5k+ hp without a hp robe so i can replace it with a good 90/95 robe, or the 96 pdef one. my 2 99 pieces may be replaced with vana if i had the time but if i don't i'd +4 them and probably 3soc if i can afford it. and replace flawless with immacs which is probably the cheapest lol. *1m per shot at chest/leggings*. ammy needs a severe upgrade, belt is nice but hey a vana belt would be better :) i'm a pdef ***** on my cleric.

    My inventory has bound pdef TT90 leggings, and 90 gold bracers both with pdef for it if I'm in dire need. preferably 3k+ pdef minimum once my chest/leggings are finished I'd work towards warsoul/cube. cube as a daily would help with that.

    but that's all talk, would depend if i play again and how much time i'd have to play *i don't cs but i may have access to a herced veno to duel log with my 93 fist bm, or my cleric/sin to run some TT's when i'm out of vana keys.


    edit: this is what i would like to work twards with boots and helm being the extremely expensive pieces http://pwcalc.com/ed3b9f1624cd796f. 99 boots, and a good 90 helm will do fine so long as i hit 5k unbuffed hp and good def without a vit cape, and 50 pts into vit.
