Refining Weapons/Armor

When you refine something, I see that it says that the max refinement level for a Dragon Orb Ocean is +10. That brings me to my question, How do people get +12 if they only go up to +10?

    Naturally,+11 and +12 refining orbs.

    What are those orbs called? The highest I know of is the Ocean one...

    Dragon Orb Mirage and Dragon Orb Flame.

    Currently, the only way to get a Dragon Orb Mirage is to make it at any Jewelcraftsman. As for Dragon Orb Flame, there's a 0.01% chance to get it from Dragon's Fire Pack or you can make it any Jewelcraftsman.

    You could also just risk it - probably not a good idea though.
