When this account was created, it was created my my parents because I was still a minor and whatnots. So the email its registered to is my parents email. Is there a way to change which email is associated with the account? If so can someone tell me how? Thanks in advance

You may be able to change it by sumbitting a ticket, but that all depends on whether or not they deem that the e-mail currently registered is unable to be accessed by you.b:shutup0 -

I can access it IF i ask my parents to look for it. It becomes troublesome to do that tho. Esspecially when I need to send a ticket on this account, I would have to continue to ask them to check and check for the ticket answer.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
So I checked the knowledge base on this issue and this is what i got.
I need to change my Perfect World registered e-mail address.
Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting any email changes unless it's due to email service termination, which must be verifiable. We apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any other issues please feel free to contact us anytime.
If the issue is a matter of the password, you will need to do a password recovery on the domain's website so that you can regain access to that account.
If the wanted change is for not receiving our emails, you will need to add no-reply@pwrd.com to your contact list for the email being used and that should resolve the issue.
If your email domain is shutting down or your ISP has changed, you may send in a ticket to our support team to request an email change for the account.
Now that being said, should I still send in a ticket to see if i could get it changed?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

You might be able to claim that your parents are refusing to allow you to use their e-mail address anymore, and with confirmation from them it might work. Again, this is somewhat new territory for me... If I were in your shoes, I would just send in the ticket and see how things pan out.0 -
Ok thanks. I will try and see what happens[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
