I can't connect to the game

I'm Chilean and I just downloaded this game, the problem is that I can not connect to any server anyone can help me

    i cannot connect to any server.... i was connected then the server shutdown and now theres nothing..... and in here says that the server is online... whats the problem?

    It is currently Maintenance. Give it about another hour and 15 minutes.
