Server Connection pls help

Having issus with server.. 4 Server is down(Arch,Lost city,Heaven Tears and Sanctuary)
Rest of server is up and running.Support ticket site is move/close b:angryb:surrender
Anyone having the same issus?

    The webpage at https://ticket.perfectworld.com/parature might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address

    I restall Pwi it's seem exe file can't login only Us west server.None PWi support officer have a solution for me? b:surrender

    It's getting on my nerve now.. Can move my acc to another server?
