    if i'm right, seems to be a big issue here so why not (mods) set all threads to lock after 3-4 mo's ???

    can always be re-opened.

    Necro in forum terms comes from the word Necromancy, to bring the dead to life. When you post in a thread that hasnt been posted in for weeks or more, you bring a dead thread to life. Thats what necro means.

    9 times out of 10 it's because someone has found their way on to a thread via something like google search and just hasn't taken note of the date on the last post. People get treated like they do it on purpose or are morons by others but it's an easy/harmless mistake to make IMO. x.X
