Can't create a character

I logged in but i can't figure out how to make my character.

    Just in case not:

    Start the game. Then after the launcher pops up, hit 'start' to start the actual game. (You'll have to wait for it to finish patching first)

    Once you're in the game, log in.

    You will now be at a screen which *should* have a list of characters on the left, a platform in the middle with your current character, and some buttons at the bottom.

    One of these buttons is 'create' to create a new character.

    HOWEVER - you MAY need to change the resolution - on some monitors these buttons go off the bottom of the screen.

    In the launcher, selection options and change the screen size. I suggest windowed mode, but also play with the 16:9 setting.

    I have it at the lowest resolution, in windowed mode and with the 16:9 setting but when i get to the screen where it's supposed to show me my list of character and the platform in the middle and buttons at the bottom of the screen all it shows is 'exit' on the right and 'start' in the middle of the platform but i can't click on start.

    Is a common situation. You only need to change your resolution and you will see all the buttons in the char page. After you create your char, you can change the resolution again b:victory

    that's the thing i changed the resolution but I still can't see the create button.

    Try 1024x768 or if you have wide-screen try 1280x720 but FULL SCREEN, and not WINDOWED.

    If you're playing in Windowed mode, can you use your mouse to adjust the height and width of the screen? Since that's what I did when I couldn't see the Delete button, just made the window height bigger.
