Hey guys,
So I'm brand new to this server and game, and I was wondering if there was someone or a group of people who would let me kinda be their friend? I want to join a "faction", where there's no level req and I feel welcome.

I'm not too sure about lower level factions, as in lv.10 or so with no requirements, but I'm sure you can pick some off of World Chat with ease. Why not check out our sub forum's official guild listing topic?
