Dq Rewards page?

So, I'm trying to send some do-all cards to my cleric and it's not letting me. I logged out and logged back in, but the page just refreshes with no change, and I've got no mail in game. What's going on?

    Yes the same is happening for me. I have the points, select the reward and then confirm it but nothing happens. Has been working fine for me.

    Is a mod able to comment as to whether this is currently down/broken?

    Mail takes 1 hour to arrive IIRC, except for the auctions.

    IDK, I've never actually redeemed something with DQ points.

    In game it does, when you do DQ rewards or the Jolly Jones Blessing it's automatic, and you receive mail instantly.

    I'm having problems as well. I sold a few items at the Merchant hours ago and the points aren't available yet neither it says I sold the items. I just sold another DQ item and it counted, why haven't the others? :(

    sometimes i have this problem, but usually works if i clear cache/cookies or use a different browser.

    when it works the points are deducted instantly and also sent instantly too, it doesnt take an hour to send.

    You can also try relogging a few times (on the site). It has taken me about a dozen tries before I manage to send something from dragon points.

    I just wonder how to send more than 1 item from the DQ points page because I want to spend all my points but the page it just let me send it 1 by 1....... it will take me forever x_x
