Faction Logo Problem

Everytime i try to submit a faction icon it will not let me, i can't even click on anything, everything but the submit button is greyed out, can someone please help me out on what to do here?

    ya dude ive tried and i even had my dad try on his comp nothing moms comp nothing then a friends computer and said it wouldnt work so im assuming i cant get the ticket it bc i think thats the only way from what i heard from a friend so if theres any other good answers i guess later on we will hear it
