    Not even sure why he gets left alone (kinda sorta like BroadKris) but in all honesty they are both a push-over. It was fun when Fuzzy could rally his entire faction within the 1st few months of RT to try such world-boss's but when thinking in terms of who will progress in the tournament, sadly, Sonic might as well be a lvl 1 mob to kill for grease to get that elusive lvl 1 blacksmith skill. b:sad

    seriously though some other games at the end of a pk tourney will have the victors fight a GM. There is something a lil more epic to that then just a plain ole world boss.

    Too easy as well, same concept at Harpy. A Cleric can heal from the air at range and never get hit while any 5.0 pew-pew's. b:surrender

    Sadly, there are so many bosses that are just way too easy and child's play for the current gear set-up/squads for many.

    Why spawn a boss that can be solo'd or even 2-manned (Harpy/Sonic/Any world boss)? b:shutup

    Why are we killing mobs in a PVP tournament again?
    That adds alot of constraints on the squad setup that won't be applicable to the real tournament in china.

    Harpy isn't all that hard these days, it can be solo'd or duo'd by a lot of people. Dismal Duke is still challenging but the squad you would use to attack that wouldn't be the best squad for a pvp tourney.

    Perhaps you can use some boss from PVE TW?

    A boss with AOE APS debuff (very large) and -chan debuff (moderate), the boss should also randomly cast low level bramble and physical immunity (for a short time duration).

    I say Harpy Wraith, along with Steelation: Doom, Illusion Lord: Armageddon, Twilight Emperor Doom, and Primal Fear make it a 5 v 5 match. b:laugh

    Kun Kun... but make him a bit more powerful.... like giving him:

    ~The ability to switch between magic and phys immunity cor a curtain period of time.

    ~A HUGE load of HP

    ~Can get all buffs at once

    ~Random aggro

    ~Can do all debuffs at once


    I think that sounds fair for a boss... b:pleased

    None, because killing a boss has nothing to do with player vs player. Also none, because in the tournament that will be held at China you aren't going to kill any boss, it will just player vs player.

    Whoever came out with this way of selection for tournament doesn't know anything about the game they sell. Seriously, you should let at least the moderators do this, at least they play this game.

    How about a 10x version of that dinosaur that lives in the middle of the ocean with tons of hp. He doesn't really atk back though, I don't remember his name.

    It is because they kind of failed in this...Other versions have been doing PvP Tourney's for month's now to get their winning team. PWI however has made this SO last minute that they have NO other way to choose a winner between the Server's winning teams.

    That would require work for them to make it so that the teams from different servers can compete against each other. I would have liked to have seen something done so that the winning Team from each server could actually fight each other. Server vs Server Pk b:surrender

    The PvE boss part is to determine the winner from the Server competition and which Team will represent PWI in China. It has nothing to do with determining the Server winner. So basically the Sanc, DW, HL, etc etc competition is who can kill the boss the fastest = laughable really b:sweat

    ok just so the gm's know: it takes 10 minutes to put up a functional server.( maybe u need some help from those kids that have private servers)
    another 10 minutes to lvl all the participants to a certain lvl and give them the stuff they need to compete and there u have a real competition and not a pve bull**** to decide who will pvp vs the other versions.

    How can u even find out what is the beast team to represent us in the PVP tournament when the actual teams won;t even fight eachother?

    No offense Franky but i am realy starting to think u guys don't know anything about this game or u just don't care who will represent this version of the game.

    All the rules of the tournament till now seem to be made up by someone who didn't even play this game for a day. Not to mention the lack of basic knowledge about how a game server works and what it takes to make it functional fast.

    So my suggestion is get a new server admin ....idk 12-13 yo and he will do the job for u guys.

    Just spawn the last boss of arcosaur event with 2 or 3 minions.Make the boss switch Elemental/Physical Immunity b:shocked that would be epic battle b:victory
    /Physical immunity + Purge combo and a good night to sins(ill make sure to give the warm chocolate) b:chuckle forcing squad to have a cleric :P

    kun kun if immune to magical AND physical damages xD

    but probably harpy wraith, or another boss that puts on debuffs/purges and high dmging aoes.
