Selling FC Banable Offence? GM!

You and I see it all the time in WC.
"Selling FC 70-80 4 Spots 400k each!"
I just seems to me that its cheating and therfor Banable offence, but if it was then these ppl would be ban by now.... or would they.

    edit: while it may not be so apparent on the current server since mains can feed their alt's with gear etc, panda is going to get a good laugh from Lotharis and Moro.. Moromag... (however the heck you spell it) servers when people start to sell fc in the next few days and they are full of 1000x death/1000x horrible squads that want to "fc to glory"

    lol i think the OP is a poor noob who can't CS or doesn't know how to merch so they take to the forums to try and get those people who CS or merch for gear and then solo FC to remake the cash for the gear banned so that the OP can feel proud of themselves for failing at a game.

    There are many people Fuzzy has seen who need no help or no fc to fail. Panda has even seen many many many who fc and still fail....

    My next question then is....

    Say I party with someone who is selling and set up shop in 1st room pretending to take the fee's, I take the Fee's and bail! Is that bannable offence?

    Selling spots in your squad is not cheating, nor is it bannable.

    Fuzzy is a forum mod, not a GM, as far as I know their hasn't been any official word from a GM on this matter, at least I haven't seen any.

    Ok Question #3...

    Say I buy a Spot In FC Heads give the gold to the seller and then Dont get the heads, Is it just Buyer Beware? Think I'll get my money back?

    Many things can happen.
    -Seller kicks you after paying
    -Seller DC's and someone else gets lead and kicks all to sell
    -(Like I said before) Someone acts like there taking fee but is not
    -Person who Pays gets DCed after paying and cant log back in.
    -timer glitch after paying
    -timer runs out after paying

    Just a few that I can think of.

    screenshot everything and submit a ticket. IF you're gonna get into this kinda transaction, always screenshot everything.

    In short, yep.

    You take the risk when you squad with random people, and if you get scammed there is little/nothing the GM's can do to help you, you went in the squad, you gave the guy money for frost, if he gyps you, tough luck. b:sad

    So realy the only way for FCer's to protect themselfs is word of mouth. Like if someone takes money and kicks you, Post it on WC that this player is doing this and not to trust them.
    Maybe ill make a thread so ppl can make a list of players that are untrustworthy or will I get in trouble for that?

    It's pretty odd that you can name and shame on WC as much as you want but not on the forums lol.

    If you buy heads do so from someone in a well-known guild. Most people in large guilds have more invested in their own reputation than someone from an unknown guild.

    The first two are unpredictable in my opinion, based on previous experience I guess, you can know who are the good sellers and who are the bad ones. The second one is just infortunate.

    As a buyer, you should know who to pay before blindly paying anyone, that's at the risk of the buyer.
    The fourth: if everyone in your squad are nice people (which I might doubt) then you should all just wait for them to come back, and if they don't, it is just unfortunate for them, and continue with life (personal opinion) and if you're really nice, try to remember their name and mail them the coin.

    Fifth: I don't know about this timer glitch.
    Sixth: As a buyer, when you enter the instance, you can see how much time is left, and if you notice it's not enough time, then notify the others and do not pay. Leave party.

    If posting a reply to someone was a harassment, we'd be banning everyone here. b:chuckle I just said that the fact we have a "mod" title doesn't make us holier than anyone, we have opinions about the game and its system, and we can stress them like any forum member does. Nothing more.
