Why do I need Moneybooker when charging Zen?

It's my first time using MasterCard payment option.

That MoneyBooker thing shows up when I try to Checkout, why?

Do I have make an account in moneybookers first?

Is that safe?

    its very safe and secure. I did a check on it myself. I was debating weather to do pre-paid cards or not but I guess web buying it is the best it seems.
