    No, the way players will be selected here is totally different from the way the actual tournament is gonna be. I completely agree with you about getting familiar with the rules of the actual tournament.

    From what google translator told a while back, you are gonna get gears and shards from a npc with coins, you will start with coins. So I imagine there are different gears and shards to choose from. What If u cannot get the best gear from that npc because there is not enough money for that? You would have to optimize your spending in that case then, buy the best with what u have. That requires some thinking before hand, and that tests the player's knowledge about the game. This part is timed by the way, if you aren't ready you just get disqualified.

    I hope whoever goes from pwi to this stage don't feel so lost in this part.

    frankie was indeed right by saying that no selection method would be flawless. Assuming that one faction has the best PvPers because they hold lands is not accurate. There are many exceptions like at LC since Essence disbanded, one of the real hardcore factions. THere are many exceptional PvPers that may not be in the "most powerful faction" or in a faction holding one. After all, being always on the top ain't fun so sometimes you go to a weak faction to have more fun.

    GG Still wont change that cash shop will still win. most the hardcore factions only alow people who have decently cash shoped gear. face the facts PWE you broke all your games, stop commin out with fail event and just keep makeing money via cash shop.

    when saw it thought should be a system ppl with r9 (+12), basically pvp with system built around what gear we got. If got time will join a fac and join depend on work schedule (if got time will pull out pvp gear been stashing)

    my only concern about the tourney is the gear difference between servers.... as you can see im from arch server and im one of the top BMs in the server, however my gear can't compete against someone who has been playing in HT since the day it first opened..... they had more time to farm their gear. i wouldn't mind if the first round where you decide the best people from YOUR own server is self geared, i do however disagree that the rounds following that should be self geared as well. why not send everyone in with full r9 +12 JoD sharded after the first round, that way it'll be on skills alone.
