    we got 3-4 lvl 70+ so far, max is 73 or smth

    Wow, you serious ? I'm surprised there aren't some 4APS rank 9 +12 'sins already soloing FC and junk.

    I figure without FC's the fastest way to level really is oracle. Those can be expensive and if many people do them they can be quite crowded. Otherwise there are zhen-hyper squads and normal questing.

    So tbh I'm not too surprised to see only those levels.

    They can't have Rank 9 (no medals or rep), and won't have Rank 8 unless we get a rep sale in the near future. Also, with no high-level 5aps players, there is no hyper heads leveling.

    Yeah, what Raequel said. No FCs + no rep + no medals = Semi-parity in classes. The first groups of players *gasp* have to level somewhat normally!b:shocked With that, those players will know how to play their first characters, at least.b:chuckle

    Not true.

    Rep can be farmed and bought with tokens and medals are awarded from TWs. Granted there might be only 1 or 2 medals, but R8 is still possible.

    Possible but you'd have to be a ****** to get it via tokens.

    As you'd know, it takes 64,000 Tokens to get the reputation for Rank 8. To even get that, you'd have to have bought 4,267 Sunshine Packs without winning anything but Tokens, which is rather unlikely. And even if you did, you'd be much better off NPCing the Tokens for that 640,000,000 or so coins. That'd go a lot further in this game than Rank 8. That or you could use it to get enough Hypers and event food to last a month or so, plus of course if you got "lucky", you'd have a few plat charms and possibly a lunar weapon or so.
